Each Snowbird package includes a personalized walk-through with the homeowner to pinpoint the areas that matter most to you.
Monthly membership can be cancelled at any time with a 30-day notice
Tier I
Snowbird Overlook Package
$189/Month
With our Snowbird Overlook package, A&H will perform a weekly home visit to identify potential issues or concerns, including unsecured doors and windows, water leaks, or harmful fumes. Each Snowbird package includes a personalized walk-through with the homeowner to pinpoint the areas that matter most to you.
Tier II
Snowbird Flush
Package
$350/Month
The Snowbird Flush package includes all the benefits of our Tier I Snowbird Overlook package but also includes the flushing of all plumbing. Flushing idle plumbing helps prevent the build-up of stagnant water, helps to maintain water quality and helps prevent dry drains. Frequency of home visits with the Tier II Snowbird Flush package is once a week..
Tier III
Snowbirds Systems Check Package
$550/Month
The Snowbird Systems Check package includes all the benefits of our Snowbird Overlook and Snowbird Flush packages but also includes a systems check. Our systems check includes but may not be limited to sprinkler system, heating and cooling, general property check and live onsite updates with clients. Frequency of home visits with the Tier III Snowbird Systems Check package is once a week.
